Frankie olivia

Frankie is an HCPC-registered psychotherapist, speaker, and content creator specialising in addictive love, attachment wounds, trauma recovery, and relationship patterns. With a background in Drama Psychotherapy, EMDR, CBT, and integrative trauma work, Frankie’s approach combines evidence-based psychology with compassionate, accessible education focused on emotional healing, self-worth, and secure relationships.

Alongside running a thriving private practice, Frankie supports individuals navigating trauma bonds, emotional unavailability, anxiety, and painful relationship cycles, helping people move from addictive relationship patterns towards healthier, more secure connection. Frankie’s therapeutic experience includes work across NHS services, university wellbeing settings in Liverpool and Chester, charities, educational environments, and attachment-focused support settings.

Alongside her clinical work, Frankie shares educational content with a growing online community of over 480,000 people across Instagram and Facebook through @frankiestherapy, where she explores attachment styles, trauma bonds, nervous system healing, boundaries, and emotional healing. Frankie also hosts workshops, masterclasses, talks, and podcast conversations focused on addictive love, attachment, self-worth, and healing from unhealthy relationship patterns, both online and for organisations across the UK.

Passionate about making psychology feel human, relatable, and deeply transformative, Frankie’s work helps people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the emotional patterns they long to break.
